      Abstract
pH is the degree of acidity or basicity of a solution, or is defined as the activity of dissolved hydrogen (H +) ions. Measurement of pH values is very important for various studies in chemistry and biology in the laboratory. Based on the Minister of Health Regulation No. 43 of 2013 in Chapter 2 on how to conduct a good clinical laboratory on rooms and supporting facilities, the author made a pH meter that can be connected to a PC to optimize the performance of users or analysts in hospital services, especially in laboratory rooms. Measurement of pH values using a pH electrode type E-201 and for serial communication using NRF24L01, while the minimum system used is AT-Mega 32. For the test method used to see the performance of the tool is to compare the measurement values obtained from the prototype pH meter with ATC pH Meter at pH buffer 4.00, 6.86, 9.18, coca-cola, salt water, soap water and bayclin. From the testing of tools that have been carried out as many as 20 times the measurement obtained the largest error value is 1.89808% in the buffer solution 6.86 and the smallest error is 0.15929% in coca cola. After testing the pH value and testing the wifi connection for sending data to a PC, the pH Meter can function properly with an optimal distance of ± 15 meters and can penetrate spaces with wall thicknesses of 10 to 15 cm.
