      Abstract
Parameters are physiological parts of patients who are examined through patient monitors, but the use of monitor patients properly and correctly is very difficult to do because sufficient knowledge is needed to be able to use and read the results of measurements. The Human Vital Sign Examination device itself functions to facilitate checking physiological conditions in patients undergoing outpatient care at home or for anyone who wants to check their own health so this tool is intended for the general public, so as to reduce mortality rates in people in developing countries. In this tool using a finger sensor to detect heart rate, MAX30100 sensor to detect oxygen in the body and body temperature parameters using the LM35 waterproof sensor. Based on the results of module testing on heart rate parameters with 5 respondents, the error percentage was 0.75%. In the SpO2 parameter the error percentage is 0% and the body temperature parameter is 0.12%.
