      Abstract
      Time and cost are very influential factors in the failure and success of a project. The success of a project is seen in the short benchmarks of project completion with minimal costs but do not forget the quality of the final results of a job. There are various solutions that can be done to produce an effective and efficient project, one of which uses a comparison of the duration and cost of adding overtime hours to the construction project. Analysis of the data can be with the Microsoft Project 2010 program with Duration Cost Trade Off analysis. From the Microsoft Project 2010 software, the critical trajectory is also an increase in costs due to the addition of working hours (overtime) to the results of the Duration Cost Trade Off method, namely the acceleration of the duration and rising costs after the acceleration of the duration for each activity that is accelerating. From the analysis it can be seen that under normal conditions the total cost is Rp. 6,000,000,000.00 with a duration of 65 days. And the results of the analysis on 1 hour overtime conditions obtained a price of Rp 5,917,999,759,611 with a total duration of 58 days more effective 10.76% than the normal duration, for the addition of 2 hours overtime obtained a price of Rp 5,801,697,342,628 with a duration of 52,30 days more effective 19,54 % of the normal duration and when adding 3 hours overtime the price is Rp 5,739,068,754.49 with a duration of 48.40 days, 25.53% more effective than the normal duration.
