This research aims to analyze and determine the effect of venture capital, work time and work experience on the income of pottery traders in Bayat District, Klaten Regency. This research uses primary data and quantitative type with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained by questionnaire method and direct interviews with the pottery traders respondents in Bayat Subdistrict, Klaten Regency. Sampling in this study uses Purposive Sampling and Slovin formulas. The results of this research show that the variables of venture capital and work time have a significant and positive effect on the income of pottery traders in Bayat District, Klaten Regency, while work experience does not affect the income of pottery traders in Bayat District, Klaten Regency.
