      Abstract
In responding to the importance of awareness of hypertension and lung disease, it is also important for us to have blood pressure and respiratory rate gauges, to monitor our health. In ordinary people, the use of tensimeters and measuring instruments of respiratory rate properly and correctly is very difficult to do, because it requires sufficient knowledge in order to be able to use and read the results of measurements. With the help of a human vital sign examination device with parameters of respiratory rate and blood pressure, this simple and affordable tool in the community can reduce the mortality rate in people in developing countries. This tool serves to facilitate the user in monitoring blood pressure and respiratory rate. This tool uses the MPX5050GP sensor which functions to tap the blood pressure signal with the oscillometric method and the FC-04 miccodensor sensor which functions to tap the respiratory rate signal. Based on the results of module testing on blood pressure parameters with 5 respondents obtained the lowest percentage of absolute error and error of 4.2 mmHg with a percentage of 3.64% on systole and 2.4 mmHg with a percentage of 3.8% on diastole, and absolute pressure error the largest blood is 8.8 mmHg with a percentage of 6.16% in systole and 7.8 mmHg with a percentage of 8.8% in diastole, while at the respiratory rate the highest absolute error value is 1.6 brpm with an error percentage of 9.7 % and the lowest value is 0.8 brpm with a percentage error of 4.1%.
