      Abstract
      Road is an important part to smoothen the transportation facilities both structural and functional. The damaged road must be observe in order to provide safety to any road users. Therefore, the observations must be done regularly to the damage road. From the observation, the damage road can be visually seen at Ringroad Barat, Gamping District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta with the length of 4 kilometers that has some type of damages. The roads mentioned are the main road that connect one city to another city or province. That’s why the service along the roads mentioned should be fast and responsive. And if there’s some severe damage, it will endanger the users, so it must be repaired immediately in order to enchance the safety and covenience of driving activity. Therefore, the road damage analization with PCI method is necessary. The survey of damaged roads shows that there are 10 kinds of damage namely, aligator cracking 20.39%, bleeding 3.95%, bump and sags 0.66%, corrugation 0.66%, edge crack 3.29%, longitudinal or transverse cracking 5.26%, patching and utility cut patching 55.92%, polish aggregate 1.32%, pothole 7.24%, rutting 1.32%. The roughness conditions PCI value of the road are categorized in the satisfactory value 81.875%. And as for the budget planning costs to repair the damage to roads is up to 97.676.570,56,- (ninety seven million six hundred seventy six thousand five hundred seventy point fifty six) rupiahs.
