      Abstract
      A project that called successful were made by on time schedule and appropriate cost. by made it haste and compressing the cost of project without decreasing the quality of works, that will guide us to avoid project failure or get fined because of works delayed. The purpose of this research is to analyzing both of time crashing and budget cost in the project of “Penambahan Lajur Ruas Kopo – Buah Batu Jalur B pada Jalan Tol Padalarang – Cileunyi” by using microsoft project 2019. The result showed that time and cost acquired after increasing overtime of worker in 1hour lead to decreasing of duration at 309,64 days with Rp. 86.946.677.481,54, after that increasing overtime in 2hour lead to decreasing of duration at 241,42 days with Rp. 86.138.733.058,58, and then increasing overtime in 3hour lead to decreasing of duration at 202,08 days with Rp.86.123.588.025,02. In the addition of heavy equipment and increasing overtime in 1hour lead to decreasing of duration at 309,64 days with Rp. 86.739.920.622,76, after that increasing overtime in 2 hour lead to decreasing of duration 241,42 days with Rp.85.738.758.231,67, and then increasing overtime in 3 hour lead to decreasing of duration at 202,08 days with Rp.85.161.383.401,72. The result of this research acquired that increasing the number and overtime of heavy equipment is more efective for project crashing in 202,08 days and the cost consumption will be at Rp.85.161.383.401,72.
