      Abstract
      The success of the net of a project is influenced by factors such as duration of completion of the project briefly and at a minimal cost but do not eliminate the quality elemen of the work that will be generated from the end o the job. The most common way to generate effective and efficient is to compare construction cost in the addition of heavy equipment, which needs to be noticed for expedited work is critical work. The result of this research shows that if after the addition of overtime working hours for 1 hours the cost must be Rp. 4.529.642.950,10 with the duration of 192,46 days, for additional hours overtime for 2 hours cost incurred Rp. 4.480.214.771,29 with duration of 178,50 days. For the addition of overtime for 3 hours, cost to be incurred Rp. 4.440.003.210,43 with a final duration of 167,13 days, while for the addition of heavy equipment whose duration is equivalent to 1 hour cost incurred Rp. 4.525.437.367,00 with a duration of 192,46 days, for the addition of equipments 2 hour with the cost of Rp. 4.470.569.682,67 with 178,50 days duration, then for the addition of equipment equivalent to 3 hours obtained at a cost of Rp. 4.425.902.377,53 with a duration of 167,13 days. The cost of adding heavy equipment here is more efficient than time and cost.
