      Abstract
      Meat is one of the popular foods that are very much in demand, contains a lot of protein and able to contribute substances that are useful for the body. Therefore an arduino-based gas detection device is made using MQ-2, MQ-3, MQ-7, MQ-9, MQ-135, MQ-136, and MQ-137 sensors so that consumers can find out earlier the gas content that contained in beef, chicken and pork by the method of grill and fry. The results of this study are LPG, alcohol gas, carbon monoxide gas, methane gas, and carbon dioxide gas in burned and fried meat. In grill method, the highest gas in pork is alcohol gas, LPG gas and methane gas. The highest gas in chicken meat is carbon dioxide gas and carbon monoxide. Whereas the fried pork method has the highest value on all sensors
