      Abstract
Al-Qur'an teaches about the importance of prioritizing the hereafter than this world, but this concept is not fully applied in daily life by young Muslims, so an effective learning method that is appropriate to the characteristics of young Muslims are needed. To overcome this, a serious game has been made as a learning media, but its effectiveness has not been systematically proven. This study aims to further examine the effect of cue on changes in the number of prayers in the game. Cue is the concept of giving instructions or assistance. In this study, the cue was given 2 times. The first cue is given at the beginning of the game while the second cue is given right in the middle of the game. This study conducted two experiments that implemented factorial between-subject design. The results of the three-way mixed ANOVA model for the two experiments showed that there was a significant effect on the first cue and the second cue on the number of participant prayers. These results indicate that the first cue and second cue can influence players to perform prayer more frequently in the game.
