      Abstract
      The number of multi-storey building construction is one of the construction works which is an aspect of facility needs. This study intends to assess the deviation of the quality of construction of high-rise buildings. Construction of the Aisyiyah University Building Unit C building project in Yogyakarta (UNISA), The method used in this test is AS / NZS 4360 Management System Standards, namely expressing the opinions of workers in the field by looking at the facts that occur in suggesting the possibility and impact on the construction development process. To measure the risk in the research that is using the formula R = P x I, where the opportunity multiplied by the impact will result in the value of the level of danger that occurs in the field. Review conducted on Column work with an average value of 2.71, beam work with an average value of 2.77 and floor plate work with an average value of 2.72. Then the level of risk is obtained at a moderate level. Project management as a whole has succeeded in managing, directing and controlling the entire set of activities effectively to increase productivity in order to get optimal results in terms of performance of quality implementation.
