      Abstract
Stress level measuring device is a tool to detect how high the level of saturation and human tension based on 4 stressor conditions, namely relax, calm, anxious, and tense by calculating the value of HR (Heart Rate) which is the heart rate and NIBP (Non Invasive Blood Pressure) which is blood pressure. The photopletysmhograph sensor will take data on heart rate parameters and the MPX5050DP sensor will take data on blood pressure parameters. Data is processed by the ATMega328 microcontroller using ADC data conversion, then measured and compared with a stress level limitation table for young adults. The measurement results will be displayed using an I2C LCD that displays one of the four stressor conditions. From the results of the system testing, a measurement trial was carried out by comparing the pulse oxymetry device for heart rate parameters, DPM (Digital Pressure Meter) for air pressure experiments, and digital tensimeter for systole / diastole blood pressure parameters. The results of system measurements show this stress level measuring device is able to get the results of stress level conditions using heart rate parameters with the category of active smokers having an average percentage error of 0.002%, often staying up late 0.01%, currently doing final assignments 0.03%, workers 0.04%, and unemployment 0.03%, while the results of the stress level using blood pressure parameters with the category of active smokers have an average percentage error of 0.002%, often staying up late 0.01%, doing the final assignment 0.02%, workers 0.04%, and unemployment 0.02%.
