      Abstract
Breast milk is very useful for babies early in life because it contains a lot of antibodies for the baby's immunity and can prevent diarrhea that will cause infant. Many postpartum mothers complain that their milk does not come out so they cannot give milk to their babies early in life. Two of the most important hormones in breast milk are the hormone prolactin and the hormone oxytocin. Efforts to stimulate the hormone by doing massage techniques in the form of breast care and oxytocin massage. The purpose of this study was the design of back massage with rotating pressure therapy devices for breastfeeding. With the use of back massage therapy, an increase in the amount of breast milk can be seen. This research method uses Pre-Experimental with the type "The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design". This type of research compares the need to do before the sample and after treatment of the sample. The results of this study indicate an increase in the volume of breast milk in postpartum mothers with an average before treatment of 20 ml and after treatment of 27.3 ml with a difference of increase of 7.3 ml. The difference can indicate this therapeutic tool can work by the expectations of the author fatherly can facilitate breastfeeding in post partum mothers. The results of the timer measurement tool function test obtained an average of 900 seconds at a 15-minute timer and an average of 1199 seconds at a 20-minute timer.
