This research aims to find out : 1) the strategies of career women working at SD (Elementary School) Muhammadiyah Kauman Yogyakarta in fulfilling moral education needs of the children: 2) the supporting factors and inhibitors of moral education done by career women at SD Muhammadiyah Kauman Yogyakarta. This is a case study research with qualitative descriptive approach. This research was carried out in SD Muhammadiyah Kauman Yogyakarta with the head master, 3 career women having kids ranging from 4 – 12 years old as the subjects of the research. The data of the research were collected from observation, depth interview, and documentation. The data of the research were analyzed by collecting the data, classifying the data, reducing the data, triangulating the data and deriving the temporary conclusion. The results of the research show that: 1. career women maximize their time for their jobs and families, 2. teaching moral education from an early age or from birth is done to make it more embedded in the soul of the children, 3. the supporting factors are from the parents and the environment, 4. the inhibitors are the limited time spent with the family.
