International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) defines disability as a general term for disruption, restrictions on activities and restrictions on participation. Disability causes an individual to experience deterioration in health, problems with his own personality (negative attitude), and the environment. One of the issues among disabled people is overweight. Recently, overweight becomes a main problem in developed society. Its prevalence increases worldwide becoming a high risk factor for noninfectious diseases. Objective: The general objective in this research is to find out the correlation of diet, physical activities, parenting, and overweight on young people with disability. Method: The research type was observational analytic with case control design. The sample collection technique used was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique that was analyzed employing chi-square test. The samples used were 104 people divided into 52 for case groups and 52 for control groups. Results: The research results using chi-square test show that there is a significant correlation between diet and physical activities with overweight on young people with disability with the score of p>0.05. Each score of OR diet is 12.267 and physical activities is 8.143. There is no significant correlation between parenting with overweight on young people with disability with the score of p>0.05. Conclusion: There is no correlation between diet and physical activities with overweight on young people with disability among SLB students in West Sulawesi Province
