      This paper discusses and examines further about the effect of organisational culture and leader-member exchange to intention leaves is mediated by job satisfaction at contract employees of Muhammadiyah universities in Yogyakarta. Data collecting type is questionnaire. The unit analysis of this study was employees of Muhammadiyah Universities in Yogyakarta, and the survey analysis uses SEM AMOS
