      Abstract
      Background: The world faces a labor crisis and high incidence of dropouts. The prediction of a shortage of health workers is 12.9 million in 2035. Drop out of school is marked by a decline in achievement caused by the loss of orientation and motivation of students. The decline in achievement is an indicator of the low academic resilience of students. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the influence career choice motivation, CBT and OSCE scores on academic resilience. Method: This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The study was conducted at PSIK UMY. Respondents were selected using the convenience sampling technique. The number of respondents was 325 students. Data collection used HCC and ARS-30 questionnaire. Results: The results of the study show that career choice motivation influences academic resilience. CBT and OSCE scores does not affect academic resilience. Career choice motivation, CBT, and OSCE scores jointly affect student academic resilience by 38.7%. Conclusion: Academic resilience is influenced by career choice motivation, CBT scores, OSCE scores, and other factors not examined in this study. Other possible factors influenced to academic resilience are environmental factors and student personality.
