      Abstract
      In our the differences daily life, we can find variations in language, with variation between male and female speakers being one of the real examples. In Japanese, a from of language that largely used by males are called Danseigo, while those largely used by females are called Joseigo. This study focused on between Danseigo and Joseigo, based on three main factors, which are sentence-ending particle (shuujoshi), interjection (kandoushi), and personal pronoun (ninsyou daimeishi). The data in this study were obtained from the drama series 49 (forty nine). This research for danseigo and joseigo was conducted by using qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data in this research were collected through observation and recording method. Data analysis was done by mark reading method. Based on the analysis, we found 6 data of male shuujoshi, including kana, sa/saa, ze, zo, and na/naa, and 8 data of female shuujoshi including kashira, ne/nee, yo, yone, and wa. Regarding male kandoushi, 17 data were found, including are, maa, aa, oi, and na, while 12 data were found regarding female kandoushi, including ara, hora, un, sa, and ne. 28 male ninsyou daimeishi were found, including ore, boku, omae, kimi, and kisama, while 12 female ninsyou daimeishi were found including atashi, watakushi, watashi, anata, and anta.
