| dc.description | Latar Belakang: Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di lingkungan rumah sakit masih rendah, hal ini karena belum menjadi prioritas bagi rumah sakit. Padahal tenaga kesehatan merupakan tenaga yang beresiko terhadap adanya penyakit akibat kerja (PAK) dan kecelakaan akibat kerja (KAK) di rumah sakit salah satunya dalam bidang radiologi. Adanya SOP radiologi merupakan sebagai pencegahan terhadap efek samping dari penggunaan radiasi.
Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap petugas radiologi terhadap kepatuhan SOP kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja radiologi di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakkan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 13 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling yakni sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson dan korelasi berganda.
Hasil dan Pembahasan: Nilai signifikansi pengetahuan terhadap kepatuhan menerapkan SOP sebesar 0,030 (sig<0,05), korelasi sebesar 0,616 dan signifikansi sikap terhadap kepatuhan menerapkan SOP sebsar 0,011 (sig<0,05), korelasi sebesar 0,746. Nilai signifikansi pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan menerapkan SOP sebesar 0,046. Hal ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap petugas radiologi terhadap kepatuhan SOP. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background : Occupational health and safety in the hospital environment are still low and have not become a priority for hospitals. Health workers are workers who are at risk of occupational illness and occupational accidents in hospitals, one of them in the field of radiology. The SOP in the radiology department is a preventive measure against the side effects of radiation use.
The purpose of this study : To determine the effect of knowledge and attitudes of radiology officers on compliance with radiological occupational health and safety SOPs.
Methods : The research used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The populations in this study were 13 people. Non-probability sampling is done through saturated sampling. Data analysis of this study was carried out through the Pearson Product Moment correlation test and multiple correlations.
Results and Discussion : The significance value of knowledge on compliance with the application of SOP is 0.030 (sig <0.05), the correlation is 0.616, the significance of attitudes toward compliance with the application of SOP is 0.011 (sig <0.05), and the correlation is 0.746. The significance value of knowledge and attitudes towards compliance with the application of SOP is 0.046. This shows that there is an influence between the
