Background: Minister of Health Regulation number 30 is a new regulation issued by the Minister of Health in an effort to provide services in hospitals that are professional and responsible, hospitals with complex characteristics and organizations need legal certainty and protection in order to direct and improve their management and to implement the provisions of Article 24 paragraph (4) and Article 28 of Law Number 44 Year 2009 concerning Hospitals. This study aims to determine the impact caused by the Minister of Health Regulation number 30 of 2019 on Muhammadiyah business charities. Method: This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The population of this research are all Muhammadiyah health endeavors throughout Indonesia. Results and Discussion: This study obtained several results, the concern that arises in the referral system is because of the limited number of services in each type of hospital class, PMK 30 30 of 2019 has a positive impact in general PMK number 30 considered the Ministry of Health as a tiered reference solution designed, during this time many references stopped in hospitals D and C causing hospitals that are above it want to go down class, the regulation on determining dialysis is still unclear, Muhammadiyah health businesses type D and C cannot do dialysis services, PMK 30 complicates steps Muhammadiyah health business charity in determining the hospital class, PMK 30 is considered detrimental Muhammadiyah health business charity, and Muhammadiyah's health business charity could not be paid in installments for a class increase. Conclusion: The results of this study found that the Minister of Health's Regulation had an impact on Muhammadiyah's health business charity.
