      Abstract
Empire XXI Yogyakarta is one of the entertainment venues in which the workers and visitors come daily. As a result, it is necessary to conduct a survey and to analysis parking spaces to determine the parking space requirements in the comparison to the existing capacity. The general research method is the field survey of parking vehicles, with several parameters related to parking accumulation, parking duration, parking volume, parking configuration, turnover, parking index, maneuverability and headway. The survey conducted on Thursday derived the parking accumulation for 380 motorcycles, the average duration of 143,69 minutes/vehicle, the volume of 1041 motorcycles, the turnover of 3.25 units/day/space, the parking index of 119%, and the average headway of 0.73 minutes/vehicle. Meanwhile for the survey on Sunday there were the accumulated parking of 149 motorcycles, the average duration of 145,81 minutes/vehicle, the volume of 506 motorcycles, the turnover of 1.58 units/day/space, the parking index of 46.57% and the average headway 1.79 minutes/vehicle. Therefore, it can be assumed based on the analysis that Empire requires the parking space of 380 motors, with the area of 775.2m2 including maneuver space, while the existing capacity is only 320 motors, with the area of 654.16m2, so that the lack of parking and maneuver space is 121,04m2. Therefore, it is recommended to add 160m2 with the aim of the vehicle's carrying capacity becoming 427 motors. As the result, the additional area could handle the demand of parking space for the years after
