This research is aimed at testing the effects of profitability, company size, leverage, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership towards company value of manufacturing companies in 2015-2018 period. This research used secondary data with purposive sampling as the sampling technique and multiple linear analysis as the data analysis technique. The total sample of the research was 107 companies. The results of the study show that profitability positively affected the company value, company size positively affected the company value, leverage positively affected the company value, institutional ownership did not affect the company value, and managerial ownership positively affected the company value.
