      Abstract
      The mortality rate for infants aged 0-11 months in the city has increased in the infant mortality rate of 11.8 / 1000 live 2014 births and increasing in the year amounted to 14.19 / 1000 live births. The 2014 results of the audit of children under five cities in Yogyakarta included diarrhea and meningitis. Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses or IMCI approaches in the provision of health services for neonates, infants and children as guidelines for health workers in assessing, classifying diseases, actions or treatment, counseling for mothers, and following up on children who can live threatening child. IMCI is a comprehensive approach that includes preventive, curative, promotive and rehabilitative aspects. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) in Yogyakarta City Health Centers. This research is a descriptive study using observational methods. The study is based on input, namely the implementation of the IMCI in terms of human resources and supporting facilities that have not been fulfilled. Based on the results of the process, most of the city health centers in Yogyakarta have carried out the IMCI process according to the IMCI book guidelines. Based on the results, this research shows that from 7 health centers more than 60% so that it is optimal in carrying out the IMCI program.
