This study aims to determine the age of planting material and the age of harvest that is appropriate for the cassava plant Gatotkaca variety. The study was conducted using experimental methods with a 3 x 2 factorial design arranged in a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL). The first factor is the age of planting material which consists of 3 levels, namely months 10, months 11 and months 12. The second factor of harvest age consisted of 2 levels, namely months 6 and months 7, so there were 6 combinations of treatments. The results showed the age of months 11 planting material and months 6 harvest was the age of plant material and the age of harvest was more better than for the Gatotkaca variety cassava plants.
