      Abstract
      The aims of the research is to examine result of three cassava varieties with different planting age and to findthe best age of planting material from the result of three casssava varieties. This research was held in Lahan percobaan and Laboratorium Penelitian Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta on December 2018 - June 2019. This research that was build up by experimentation method with factors 3 x 3 that was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (RCBD). First stage is planting age consist of three development of 10 mounth, 11 and 12, In second stage consist of three varieties of Gatot Kaca, Gambyong and Kirik varieties. Observed variables include plant height, steem diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, number of cassava, cassava length, cassava diameter, weight of cassava , starch content and HCN content. The result showed that the material age of 11 mounth is better than 10 and 12 for quality and quality of yield . Gambyong and Kirik variety produce higher quantity and quality than Gatot Kaca. Highest yield is Gambyong Varieties 24,88 ton/ha.
