Background: Some studies say there are factors that influence nurse about Islamic caring are age, gender, level of knowledge, motivation, level of education, experience, communication, performance of the head of the room Goals: The goal in this research is to knowing nursing obstacle about caring Islamic in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping hospital Research Metods: this research method is descriptive quantitative for nurses in the adult inpatient ward of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospitas in Yogyakarta. Respondents in this research amounted by 51 people with inclusion and exlusion criteria. Research Result: This research gets results that nurse in adult inpatient room in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital had no obstacles about Islamic caring with a result of 27 (52.9%). But there were obstacles about knowledge 30 (58.8%) and motivation 35 (68.%). Conclusion: the results of this research state that there is no nursing obstacle about caring Islamic.
