      Abstract
      This research aimed to analyze the influence of HDI (Human Development Index), Population Growth and GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) on poverty level in West Java Province after regional expansion of Pangandaran district period 2015-2018. The data of this research were from secondary data, consisting of time series data obtained from 2015 to 2018 and cross section data were 27 districts/cities in West Java Province. The model used in this research was multiple linear regressions (Ordinary Least Squares Regression Analysis) using panel data and fixed effect model. The findings of the research reveal that Human Development Index, Population Growth and Gross Regional Domestic Product have negative and significant effect to the poverty level. The recommendations that can be given are: The Government of West Java is expected to design a sustainable program so that it can spur the value of West Java HDI; Increased equal employment opportunities in each region and the Kampung KB (Family Planning) program must be increased by the Regional government; Increase employment and increase labor absorption
