      Abstract
The competition in the construction services business in this globalization era is growing rapidly. This causes major factors such as quality to be one that everyone cares about. Quality and safety are the main concerns in terms of construction, this aims to minimize the risks that occur, such as risks that arise during the work process (escalation of costs, delays, licensing, technology and design), operating risks, project credit risks, government risks and risks weather or nature. In this analysis is divided into two stages, the first analysis by the stage of looking for risk variables, determining the probability and impact, determining the level of risk with a probability matrix, then the stages of searching, setting the quality variable, setting the criterion score, determining the score of the quality variable, determining percentage of quality with a Likert scale. From the results of the study that the level of hight risk to the quality management of spun pile design that occurs spun pile broken, tilted and broken by 2%, low risk by 44% and overall is a medium risk of 54%.
