The growth of livestock in Koperasi Sarono Makmur has a very good growth rate. Milk income that is owned by the Sarono Makmur Cooperative is also in good quantities and also with good milk quality. Research with the title "Peran Koperasi Sarono Makmur Dalam Pengembangan Kelompok Ternak Sapi Perah Tanjung, Di Desa Wukirsari, Kecamatan Cangkringan, Kabupaten Sleman", the purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Sarono Makmur cooperative in developing the dairy cattle business in Wukirsari Village, Cangkringan, Sleman. This study uses descriptive data analysis techniques, concluded that the breeder profile, the role of Sarono Makmur cooperative and business conditions can be developed through existing data tables and descriptions. The role of the Sarono Makmur Cooperative can be seen from the business capital loans, the provision of concentrate feed, medicines, savings and loan capital, marketing, and counseling of the Sarono Makmur cooperative, which plays a major role in helping the development of Tanjung dairy cattle groups. Business conditions can be seen from the development of the number of livestock, milk productivity, and quality of milk produced by the Tanjung dairy cattle group. If seen from the development of the number of livestock, Tanjung dairy cattle group has increased the development of livestock. For the productivity of milk produced, the Tanjung dairy cattle group is low and far from the ideal word. While on the quality of milk, the Tanjung cattle group can produce milk of good quality
