      Abstract
      Nowdays, with the development of technology, the electrical energy is also increasing. From this case the electrical provider also increasing the electrical cost, after all to do daily activities our lives doesn’t get far from electrical consumtion. This case also followed by the uses of electrical machine in the household even the factory. From the statement above we need to maximize the electrical consumtion (voltage, current, and power factor). As for the case not all of electrical machine in the household have a good appliance of power factor. For example in the internet cafe Ichigonet Yogyakarta, who have a big consumtion of electrical power but do not have a good appliance of power factor. This case will increasing the electrical cost. So to maximize the electrical power appliance on electrical machine we need to fix the power factor. We can fix the power factor by using the capacitors. Before we fix the power factor we need to know the voltage and the floating current between the electrical machine. After that we can count the proportions of the capacitor to get a good appliance of power factor on the electrical machine. The capacitor will be useful to increasing the power factor and reducing the amount of current flowing at the electrical machine. The reduced current will be followed by the reduced of electrical cost. Because we only pay for apparent power for the consumption of electrical energy. The installation of capacitor is conducted in pararel between the electrical source and electrical machine.
