      Abstract
      The multi-storey building construction project is very specific both in terms of quality and time costs that have different characteristics and risks, so arrangements are needed to get maximum and efficient results. Time is one of the benchmarks for project success and cost achievement benchmarks, so it is necessary to identify the risk of vulnerability in the time of a multi-storey building project work, so that concepts or methods are needed to identify the risk of delays in order to obtain certainty that is by way of a matrix risk formula. from the results of identification in the construction project of Campus C University Building 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta, factors that resulted in the sustainability of the project start from the limitations of materials, the quality of labor and limited labor, of the three categories that occur at many stages of the 5th floor structure work, where after identifying and doing calculations with the risk matrix formula = ivent x empac get the number 7.21 which is included in the category of low risk. Identification of the risk of extinction becomes very important in achieving the success of a project, or become a reference and pilot to be used as a reference on other similar projects.
