In order to maximize employee productivity, the condition of computer networks must always be considered. Quick network troubleshooting is also very important so that when a problem occurs it does not cause a long work delay. However, the existence of a centralized network in Pekalongan Regency causes more and more network devices to be monitored and network troubleshooting becomes slower because it still relies on manual methods. For this reason, this research was made with the aim of designing a system that is able to help administrators to monitor the condition of network resources in order to accelerate network troubleshooting. Network monitoring system with Zabbix server is proven to be able to help administrators in monitoring the network with real-time monitoring features as well as a graphical display of the condition of network resources that can be seen on the dashboard page. The notification system in the form of e-mail will also help administrators to troubleshoot the network because there is no need to wait for reports from agencies that have problems with their network.
