      Abstract
      Application of "Jogja Istimewa" is a public service application platform presented by the Communications and Information Agency of Yogyakarta Special Region as the destination guide and integrated information. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence user behavior Applications "Jogja Istimewa" through UMEGA’s model. This research study use UMEGA’s model (Unified Model of Electronic Government Adoption). Specifically, this study analyzes the extent of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived risk, attitude affecting the Intention of User Behavior (e-Government) in using Application "Jogja Istimewa". The method is quantitative method. Primary data were obtained through survey questionnaire results with samples are 92 people. Analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) SmartPLS 3.0. The results are; 1) Performance Expectancy has an influence on Attitude, 2) Effort expectancy has an influence on Attitude, 3) Social Influence has an influence on Attitude, 4) Facilitating Conditions has an influence on Effort Expectancy. 5) The Attitude has an influence on Behavioral Intention. 6) Facilitating Conditions has no influence on Behavioral Intention, 7) Perceived Risk has no influence on Attitude.
