      The Effect of Human Resource Competence on the Organization Entrepreneurship in BUANA of Kendal Regency

      Abstract
      Abstract This research aims to find out the effect of human resource competence based on the fundamental theory of Spencer & Spencer with motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge and skills as the competence variables (X) on organization entrepreneurship (Y) in Badan Usaha Amal NasyiatulAisyiyah of Kendal Regency. The data collection technique used was questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data were analyzed quantitatively with data analysis test comprising validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test involving normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, as well as data analytical test in the form of multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test, which includes Partial Test (T), Simultaneous Test (F), and Coefficient Determination Test (R2). The result shows that the determination coefficient value is 22.8%, competence has effect on the organization entrepreneurship. The rest is affected by external variables.
