dc.description.abstract | This research aimed at explaining: the understanding tng of husband and wife in a polygamous family about justice in polygamous families.' the implementation of justice of husbands in polygamous families: the constraints faced in implementing justice of husbands in polygamous families. This research was done to legal po-lygamous families. Datas were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Examination of datas was through triangulation. Interpretation was qualitative. Conclusions were through inductive and convergent interpretations. This research concluded that the perception of husband and wife in a polygamous family about justice is relatively equal.. A fair husband is a husband who did not treat their wives, children and each extended families in a different. All husbands have claimed that they had been trying to be fair to the wives and children. And all wives also have admitted that their husbands had been trying to be fair to the wives and chil-dren. But the understanding of husbands and wives about justice is not been detaiL Generally, the husbands tried to be fair to their wives in provision of liveli-hoods according to the needs of the wife. The justice in the case of overnight shift and traveling with husband has not yet occurred. The factors impeding husbands to do justice between their wives were, first: because of the selfish attitude of some wives and and their families who want to be treated better than others. The second, because of the lack of husbands to know aspects of justice that should be known in polygamous family. The third, because of lack of firmness of some husbands to implement justice in their families. | en_US |
