People living in areas with low soil iodine level and high goitrogen, they are at risk of iodine deficiency disorder (DD). if DD in pregnant women , so children in will have congenital hyphothirosidim (CH) (Djokomulyanto, 2009). thyroid hormon is needed for energy metabolism and growth. how thyroid hormon or thyroid stimulating hormon (TSH) abnormalities affect the psichology and molecular caracteristic, and metabolic disorder of bone is still controversial. monitoring of thyroid function and thyroid hormon replacement therapy since early chilhood and endemic areas nedeed to improve the growth and development of children with thyroid dysfunction (kowalczyk, 2013)
