Tourist is called for people who do tourism, using by the services of travel agencies which is experienced in managing and organizing tourism. Typically, these agencies already have some tourism program that is ready to offer to the tourists. From the program options that offered, tourists can simply choose a program that fits of their criteria. Using the services of a travel agency is a process that is fast and easy, but sometimes the tourists decided to make their own tourism program plans because of that offered by travel agents usually inflexible. Where the tourists do not have flexibility or ability to change the program like choosing their own activities such as tourism attractions, modes of transport, restaurant, or hotel that desired. Therefore, by making their own tourism program plan, the tourists can have more flexibility in doing tourism. Another advantage, also allows tourists to save money on travel, meals, or lodging. Although making your own program of tourism plan by using the tourism sites provide will given benefits in terms of flexibility, but the process is difficult because the information that given by tourism website is not necessarily complete, so they have to visit multiple sites that leading to more sites to be visited by tourists. Seeing these conditions, the research purpose to design and create business logic of tourism site for supporting tourism program planning process. This system is built using PHP and CodeIgniter framework. the Result of developing Business logic can support the development of application programs that can be used by tourists in making their own plans of tourism such as choosing the attractions that they want to visit per day, which will be saved in their account or can be printed to be carried while in tourism
