      Abstract
      Today the use of the therapy device is an important thing in life, where many people are already able to use the equipment at home therapy each without going to the hospital. One of these modules infrared therapy have basically uses that can be applied daily, infrared therapy itself is very helpful to increase blood flow, and to vibrate the water molecules in the blood. The use of infrared alone will get a dose of the therapist or doctor, where the interviews will be conducted with the patient then can determine the distance and duration of therapy. The use of a safe distance of at least 30cm therapy alone and therapy time approximately 15 minutes or recommended by the therapist. The module intend to utilize this therapy as a therapeutic infrared by adding a timer setting on the module infrared therapy. In this module equipped with infra red as a source of therapy that is placed on the footrest of the patient, and then there are the LCD as the display time is set using the buttons that have been provided. There is a reset button that can work as a key to repeat the process or as an emergency stop button. The results in this module has three setting time on therapy, namely, 5, 10, 15 minutes, where the results showed an average of 5 minute timer is 4.969 minutes, an error of 0.62%, for the 10-minute timer is 9.978 minutes, an error by 0 , 22%. Then for a 15 minute timer has an average of 14.9985 minutes and the error of 0.01%.
