      Abstract
      Food calorie counter is a device used to count the number of calories in some foods. This tool uses load cell sensor which serves to detect foods that weighed load and then converted in units of calories. To ask nutritionists and people who are calorie diet, the authors make a calorie counter tool on food. By using loadcell sensor for sensing weight. As well as using IC amplifier modules HX 711 as the strengthening of output Load Cell is still millivolts at the same time as the ADC. System programming used by the author is the Arduino Uno, which convert grams into units of calories and can be displayed on the LCD characters 16 x 2. Research and manufacturing of this module using pre-experimental method with type research “after only design”food calorie counter by counting number of calories in some foods. So I’ll jjust see results without measuring its previous state. Based measurements that heve to be got value comparison between measurement and comparison tools that are not much different, and after going through testing and adata collection tools are generally obtained error of 0% on the weight 0 gram, the error amounted to 0 % on the weight of 50 grams, an error 0% at 100 grams, an error 0,1% at 150 grams, an error 0,06% at 200 grams, an error 0% at 250 grams, an error 0,06% at 300 grams, an error 0,02% at 350 grams, an error 0% at 400 grams, an error 0,17% at 450 grams, an error 0,02% at 500 grams, an error 0% at 550 grams, an error 0,05% at 600 grams, an error 0% at 650 grams, an error 0,02% at 700 grams, an error 0,06% at 750 grams, an error 0,03% at 800 grams, an error 0% at 850 grams, an error 0,06% at 900 grams, an error 0,03% at 950 grams, it can b concludd that the tool can be used we
