      Abstract
Piping system is a system that serves as a means of transport fluid from one component to another. In a piping system there is the possibility of a critical path, that path is stressed that permission voltage exceeds materials that can lead to failure in the pipe, therefore pipe stress analysis must be performed on the track. The purpose of this study is to analyze the stress, deflection, comparing the forces and moments on the nozzle and check for leaks at the flange. Analysis pipe stress begins by modeling the piping system discharge feed water using software Caesar II in 2014 in accordance with the data piping system created or previously unknown to input static load includes a heavy load, pressure, and load temperatures and dynamic loads include wind load and earthquake. After analyzing the discharge pipe line Takuma boiler feed water at PT. Suparma this, it can be concluded that there is a deflection in excess of the allowed values. So that needs modification to the pipeline deflection high, adding some support to reduce the pipe deflection value that exceeds the allowed values
