      Abstract
      BRT Trans Semarang koridor I yang telah mulai beroperasi sejak tanggal 18 september 2009 dengan biaya Rp 3500. Persepsi penumpang terhadap hadirnya BRT tersebut perlu dikaji lebih dalam, selain itu karakteristik penumpang harus diketahui agar pihak pengelola dapat memperkirakan evaluasi terhadap kinerja BRT itu sendiri. Hasil analisis data tentang karakteristik dan persepsi penumpang terhadap pelayanan BRT Trans Semarang koridor I adalah jenis kelamin penumpang wanita 61,11%, usia penumpang 16-25 tahun sebanyak 47,72%.
