The purpose of this research is to find proper dose from fragrant pandan leaves extract that effective for controlling rice weevil and to find out the influences of the fragrant pandan leaves extract toward the quality of rice. The research used experimenental method with a single factor that arranged in a complete randomized design. The treatment was concentration of concentration of dry and fresh fragrant pandan leaves extractthat consisted as 3 level of treatments including 5g, 10g, 20g and added two treatments were no pesticides and chemical pesticides of 0,00025/ 0,25g Alluminium Phosphide as comparator. Each treament is for 50g rice and 10 rice weevil. Treatments was repeated 3 times for total are 24 units. The result of the research that fresh fragrant pandan leaves extract was effective for control rice weevil and dried fragrant pandan leaves extract was less effective for control rice weevil. The extract dried and fresh fragrant pandan leavescausing a decrease in the quality color, aroma and flavour of rice.
