STRATEGI PEMASARAN PRODUK KPR iB PADA BTN SYARIAH KC YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This research aims to determine the marketing strategy of BTN Syari’ah KC Yogyakarta in promoting KPR iB product. The methodology which is used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The collecting data techniques are observation, interview the marketing staff and human capitol, and documentation. The strategy which is done by BTN Syari’ah KC Yogyakarta to promote KPR iB products are doing advertising on electronic mass media and social media. The media are banner, billboard, radio, facebook and website. Selling promotion also done to increase the selling and the customer. The activity includes exhibition or expo. BTN Syari’ah KC Yogyakarta also does personal selling by promoting KPR iB product by all BTN Syari’ah KC Yogyakarta staff and official. In addition, BTN Syari’ah KC Yogyakarta also publishes all the promotion activities to persuade customer’s interest with product which is offered by BTN Syari’ah KC Yogyakarta for instance attending the exhibition or becoming the sponsor.
