This research aims to find out practice of Rowdy Cow (Gaduh Sapi) process reviewed from Islamic Law in Wirokerten Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach by using primary data. The population of the research is all 145 cow cattlemen in Wirokerten Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency. Meanwhile, 9 respondents as the samples are taken by using purposive sampling technique. The tool used is descriptive-qualitative analysis. The research result shows that the profit sharing practice of Rowdy Cow (Gaduh Sapi) in Wirokerten Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency is muḍārabah profit sharing practice if it is reviewed from Islamic law perspective. The contract used is the verbal one in accordance with the local communities customary. It has been in accordance with the Islamic law since it has fulfilled the requirements and the contract principles even though there is an agreement denial. The capital used in the Rowdy Cow (Gaduh Sapi) in in Wirokerten Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency is in the form of cows not money. It has been in accordance with the Islamic law even though among the minority of ulama’. The operational system in cow breeding is the manager is fully responsible during the breeding period. It has been in accordance with the Islamic law because both parties are agreed and do not mind to any principles. It is done without any forces and voluntarily. The profit sharing is done in accordance with the local communities customary that is divided into five (maro limo) and into two (maro bathi). It has been in accordance with the Islamic law since the percentage of the profit will be received by each party. The risk responsibility in Wirokerten Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency is shared between the capital owners with the cattlemen. It has been in accordance with the Islamic law if it is seen from the problems occurred.
