This study aims to analysis the effect of labour, investment, and government spending to economic growth in 8 Regencies/City in Banten Province in 2010-2014. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data were secondary data from 8 regencies/city in Banten Province in 2010-2014. The analysis model was panel data analysis with the Fixed Effect model. The results showed that the variables of investment and government spending and a significant positive effect on economic growth. While the labor force and have not negative significant impact on economic growth.
