      Abstract
      Anxiety is a psychological problem shown by being anxious about something that an individual feels bad about. Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) method is a new method that is still in ongoing experiment process. It is a solution to solve several physical and emotional problems. SEFT method can be applied to many kinds o f aspects, such as in school environment applied by teachers to their students who experience the anxiety. This research is aimed to analyze effect of SEFT method in decreasing level of anxiety for senior high school students who will face an exam. Methods: This research had used quasi experimental design with two group pretest-posttest with control group in SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan from October 2015 to February 2016. This research instrument used Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale (TMAS). Result : Wilcoxon was used to get the results of this research. The following statements are the results. 34 students (48,6%) experienced the decreasing level of anxiety in a therapy while 21 students (30%) experienced it in a control group. On the other hand, 4 students (5,7%) still experienced permanent anxiety. Conclusion :In short, there are several meaningful effects before and after applying therapy that used SEFT to SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan (p=0,00
