This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of The Influence Of Economic Growth, Local Revenue, And The General Allocation Of Funds to The Budget allocation For Capital Expenditure And Social Welfare Period Of 2008-2013. This study uses secondary data derived from the financial statements of the local goverment in 2008-2013. Object of research is the district/city in privileged area of Yogyakarta. Sample in this study amounted to 30 data districst/cities. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. Analysis tools used in this study is multiple regreassion linear with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that Economic Growth variabel, Revenue and the General Allocation Fund and significant effect on Capital Expenditure Budget Allocation and Welfare.
