      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran ganda customer service sebagai public relation terhadap kepuasan nasabah serta menganalisis perannya sebagai telemarketer terhadap pencapaian target pemasaran dalam hal menghimpun dana nasabah pada BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta.
