This research discusses about The Dependence Of Traders Towards Moneylenders at Prawirotaman Traditional Market 2015. The which is used in this research is primary data, whose content is collected by the researcher. Dependent variable which is used in this research is The Dependence Of Traders Towards Moneylenders, meanwhile, the independent variable are trust, facility, comfort, and advantage. The analytical method which is used is cross section analytical method, specifically in regression linier risks and the functions in each variable which is change into logarithm differential from (log) which are quantitative. According to research, the result indicates that ratio of independent variable “Trust and Comfort” Significantly influences the issue, meanwhile ratio of independent variable “facility and advantage” doesn’t influence the issue as well as the first ratio.
