      Abstract
      Land regosol is one kind of marginal land and can still be managed as agricultural land. Regosol use of land for farming can be done if the first fixed nature of physics, chemistry and biology. The addition of organic materials such as green manure is one of the efforts to increase the productivity of the soil and reduce the level of better suitability for agriculture, especially for sweet corn crop. The water content in the soil has an important role in the decomposition process of organic materials, in addition to the water content can accelerate microbes in breaking down organic material. The purpose of this study is to determine the type of green manure is best at different levels of soil moisture regosol applied to sweet corn crops and to determine the effect of green manure at various soil moisture regosol applied to the growth and yield of sweet corn. The method used is a field experiment with completely randomized design (CRD) 3x4 factorial with five replications. The first factor is the type of green manure P1= azolla, P2= gamal and p3= angsana ,the second factor is a wide range of moisture content of available water capacity K1= 100% mositure content of avalaible water, K2= 80% moisture content of avalaible water, K3= 60% moisture content of avalaible water, and K4= 40% moisture content of avalaible water. And further analysis of C / N at planting medium at the end of the study. The results of this study are a wide variety of green manure and various levels of moisture influence on the growth and yield of corn, but no interaction of both of these factors
